Maintenance and safety regulations during the operation of hydraulic press

Using the machine correctly and following the safety regulations for operations is the guarantee of the safety production,So the users should follow the below.

1.keep the machine clean and tidy,neaten and check the machine regularly

2.Before start the hydraulic pump,check whether the liquid level and the quality of the oil can meet need

3.Check whether there is too hot phenomenon of the pump(exceed 60 celsius degree),the action of the valves sensitive,the correct of the pressure guage date.check regularly and release the problems.

4.Check the seal of the cylinder,pump,valves and pipe.if find leakage stop work immediately and repair. Pay attention to the edge of seal when dismantle the seal ring,don't demage ii.or it will harm the function of seal ring and the lifespan.

5.when working if there is any abnormal phenomenon,please stop working immediately,and stop the power to repair,forbid to keep on working.if find any leakage in the cylinder and the pipe line.please stop testing run immediately to check the reason,in case of damaging the machine and cause more damage.

6.The machine is forbid to be used beyond the max working pressure,please don't do adjustment when the machine is in high pressure condition.

7.Column fastening nuts,cylinder fastening bolts should be checked regularly and tightened when use the machine,the nuts and bolts should be tightened every 3 months.

8.If the machine should be clean thorough if a long-term stopped to be used.and print slushing oil on the surface.

9.The machine should be ground connected stably,and the resistance should be less than or equal to 5 ohm.

10.The hydraulic pump should be operated as the following safety regulations：

①The pump and motor output shafts should be connected by elastic coupling.the user should use the same elastic coupling when exchange it.

②Before pouring hydraulic oil in to the oil box,the system should be washed cleanly.when pouring the oil,the oil liquid should filtered by oil filter.

③It is forbid to install a oil filter in the pump suck oil pipeline and make down the drift diameter of the pipe without the authorization.the globe valve should be bigger than the drift diameter of the pipe.The length of suck oil pipe should be less than 2500mm,and elbow on the pipe line should be less than 2.

④Before starting the hydraulic pump,please fill the pump with clean hydraulic oil according to the oil drain port on the pump case.please inch several times when start,after checking the direction of oil and the sound is normal and it operate 5-10 minutes under low pressure.and then operate it.

⑤Working medium.we advise you use N32# hydraulic oil in winter and N46# hydraulic oil in summer.the working temperature of hydraulic oil should be within 15-65 centigrade.if beyond the range.the oil will damage the hydraulic oil.so it is necessary to take effective measure to control the temperature.for example,use other hydraulic oil.requirement:E50=3-5 and the VI should be higher than 90.

11.The pressure guage should be checked and adjust once half a year.

12.Forbid to work overload and unbalance load.

13.Forbid to use the cylinder excess of stroke and overpressure.

14.Forbid to adjust the check and adjust the mould when the machine is working.

15.When the machine is working on the max working pressure.the partiality distance should be less than 10mm.
