It has a fast stretching speed and can complete the stretching operations of metal sheets within a short period of time, which significantly improves production efficiency. For example, the 315-ton four-column stretch hydraulic press equipped with a "servo motor" has excellent features such as power saving, high efficiency, long service life and greater stability. For instance, in the case of a stretch hydraulic press with a three-beam four-column structure and blank holder cylinders, the main cylinder and the four blank holder cylinders can, under the control of the proportional flow valve and servo system, reasonably adjust the pressure configuration to achieve the expected forming effect. The surface of the formed product is smooth, without wrinkles, has a uniform thickness, and has a small roundness precision error. 1. Four-column Stretch Hydraulic Press: The four-column structure has more advantages. The blank holder force is more uniform, which greatly enhances the stability of material flow and reduces the rejection rate of products. Adopting a three-beam four-column structure, the beams and plates are welded with high-quality Q345 plates, which are convenient for processing and significantly improve the strength and rigidity of the beams and plates. The upper and lower beams and plates are fastened and adjusted up and down by eight forged nuts through four columns, ensuring the parallelism and perpendicularity of the whole machine. It is applicable to the stretching processes of various metal sheets, such as in the fields of automobile parts, household appliances, and kitchen utensils.

2.Frame Stretch Hydraulic Press: The main body of the frame sheet stretch hydraulic press mainly consists of the machine body, slide block, hydraulic cushion, additional workbench, oil cylinder and so on. The machine body has an integral frame structure. Adjustable wedge-shaped four-corner and eight-face guide rails are arranged on the columns to serve as the guides for the slide block. The guide rails have a large guiding area, a small clearance, strong anti-eccentric load capacity and good precision retention. The main working oil cylinders are evenly distributed within the upper beam, and the hydraulic cushion cylinders are evenly distributed within the workbench. It is applicable to processes such as stretching, bending and forming of metal sheets. It needs to be equipped with a hydraulic cushion to realize the stretching function and plays an important role in industries such as metal products, furniture, auto and motorcycle parts, hardware accessories, and pipelines.
