2. Do not wipe cotton, hemp, silk and chemical fiber fabrics during cleaning to prevent the falling fiber from polluting the system;
3. Parts that have been cleaned but not assembled for the time being should be stored in antirust oil to prevent dust pollution and rust;
4. The oil pressure parts of the oil cylinder should be disassembled and cleaned in the purification room which meets the national standard. If there are conditions, the operation room can be charged to make the indoor pressure higher than the outdoor pressure to prevent atmospheric dust pollution;
5, check whether the seal and piston rod are damaged, check the possible hidden dangers, and replace or repair them;
6. After cleaning, make sure that the cleanliness of hydraulic oil reaches the standard, and enter the stage of equipment commissioning and operation before normal use;
7. After all parts are cleaned and qualified, assemble them in sequence;
8. Do not install it on the molding hydraulic press immediately after installation. It should go through simple tests and can be installed on the equipment only after there is no problem.
