When Starting the Hydraulic Punch Press Feeder Press Continuously, Adjust the Screw at the Speed of Rotating Feeder Clockwise, and the Slider Moves Slightly Slower, So That It Can Be Seen Whether the Slider Meets the Nylon Pat and the Length Fine Adjustment Screw When Moving Back and Forth.

When Testing the Machine, the Slider Moves Back and Forth. If It Only Touches Nylon Pat and Does Not Touch the Length of Fine Adjustment Screw, This Is That the Floating Rod Drops Not Deep Enough, So the Guide Screw on the Punch Press Should Be Slowly Lowered. If the Slider Moves Back and Forth, It Only Touches the Length of Fine Adjustment Screw and Does Not Touch the Length of Nylon Pat. This Is Because the Floating Rod Drops Too Deep, and the Guide Screw on the Punch Press Needs to Be Adjusted up Slowly.

What Matters Should I Pay Attention to When Debugging Hydraulic Punch?

Precautions for Debugging Hydraulic Punch:


1. Wipe off Pickling Oil and Clean the Whole Machine.


2. Connect the Cooling Water.


3. Inject a Proper Amount of Hydraulic Oil into the Oil Tank.


4. Turn on the Power Supply and Check Whether the Body Is Well Grounded. Close the Main Command Switch and Start the Motor (No Oil-Free Start Is Allowed). Pay Attention to the Direction of Rotation of the Motor (According to the Direction Indicated by the Sign Arrow).


Manual Commissioning:


1. Move the Automatic Air Switch into the on Position, and the Power Indicator Light Is on.


2. Turn the Selection Switch to the Manual Position, Press the Power Switch, and the Motor Will Start. after the Motor and Oil Pump Are Idling for a Few Minutes, Observe Whether the Operation of Oil Pump Motor Groups Is Normal, and Test the Car after Checking That There Is No Abnormality.


3. Press the Rise Button to Move the Beam Upward to the Dead Center Position, and Then Place the Pressure Test Pad in the Center of the Workbench.


4. Press the down Button, Move the Beam down and Slow down, Press It to the Cushion Cylinder, Test the Pressure and Adjust the Pressure until the Appropriate Pressure.
