The working precision of the hot die forging hydraulic press during press processing has a direct impact on the forming process of the workpiece and the quality of the forming precision. The finite element analysis and classical force calculation of the hot die forging hydraulic press are carried out. The hydraulic press-mold coupling model is established, and the stiffness and strength of the hydraulic press are obtained by numerical analysis methods; the stress and deformation of the upper and lower beams and pillars are checked by the method of material mechanics. On the basis of stiffness detection, compared with the above two analysis results, the accuracy of the design model and simulation analysis results is verified, and reliable stiffness data can be provided for the research on the relationship between hydraulic press stiffness and working accuracy.

Optimize the design of the main engine of the hot die forging hydraulic press. Based on the accuracy of the finite element simulation of the stiffness of the hot die forging hydraulic press, the finite element simulation of the hydraulic machine-die coupling model is carried out with the load boundary conditions provided by the formed parts, and the accuracy-upper and lower beam stiffness response surface model is established through the analysis results. Predict the working accuracy of hydraulic presses.
