Maintenance Procedures After the Operation of a 630-Ton Hydraulic Press:

1. The hydraulic system may experience overheating due to the use of low-quality hydraulic oil, resulting in medium dilution and suspended impurities.

2. Monitor oil level and temperature during operation; the recommended oil temperature range is 30-60°C. If abnormal temperature rise occurs, stop the machine for inspection. Ensure hydraulic fluid is filled before use.

3. Regularly maintain hydraulic oil cleanliness; use filtered oil during refills, avoid mixing with other liquids. Replace hydraulic oil every three months for new equipment and every six months to a year thereafter. In harsh conditions (high temperature, humidity, dust), consider shortening the oil change interval.

4. Keep assembled and disassembled components of the 630-ton hydraulic press clean to prevent contamination. Carefully inspect and clean the tank, lubricant filling box, and pipes to ensure a clean, corrosion-free, and uncontaminated system.

5. Adjust hydraulic pressure within the specified range based on the rated working pressure (around 25MPa). Lower working pressure extends the lifespan of pumps and valves, saves energy, and reduces heat generation.

6. Maintain fuel tank temperature between 20-55°C during operation. Stop working if the oil temperature is high, allowing it to cool before resuming operation. Choose N32# anti-wear hydraulic oil below 20°C and #N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil above 30°C. Control oil temperature within the range of 15-50°C.

7. If the equipment is unused for an extended period, loosen all adjustment knobs to prevent permanent deformation of springs and impact component performance.

8. Ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil in the four-column hydraulic press. Change the oil every six months, and if unused for more than two months, replace it. If the oil is still good, the filter can continue to be used, and the oil filter mesh should be cleaned regularly. Strictly filter oil during refills, preventing petroleum leakage directly into the tank. The oil level should not be below the oil line.

9. Avoid prolonged overload operation of the equipment; the pressure on the oil gauge should not exceed 3 tons.

10. Before starting, inspect the machine's circuits and check for oil leaks. Lubricate and clean the 630-ton hydraulic press during shutdown.
