Precautions for Debugging Hydraulic Punch Press:

When debugging, there is no need for feeding. However, first raise the guide screws on the guide plate and gradually adjust the hydraulic punch press to the bottom dead center using inching method. Pay attention not to press the floating rod too low, as it may cause the floating rod to bend or break. When starting the hydraulic punch press feeder for continuous punching, adjust the screw that controls the speed of the feeder in a clockwise direction, allowing the slide to move slightly slower. This ensures a clear observation of whether the slide hits the nylon pad and the length fine-tuning screw during reciprocating motion.

During the trial run, if the slide only hits the nylon pad and not the length fine-tuning screw, it indicates that the floating rod does not descend deep enough. In this case, slowly lower the guide screws on the punch press. If the slide only hits the length fine-tuning screw and not the nylon pad, it means the floating rod descends too deep. Adjust the guide screws on the punch press slowly upwards.

A hydraulic punch press uses liquid (such as specialized hydraulic oil or water) as the working medium. It employs a hydraulic pump as a power source, utilizing the force generated by the pump to drive the liquid through hydraulic pipelines into the cylinder/piston. Within the cylinder/piston, several sets of cooperating seals are in place, each with a different function but collectively preventing leakage. The fluid is then circulated through the oil tank via a check valve, allowing the cylinder/piston to perform work in a cyclic manner, completing specific mechanical actions as a form of productivity machinery. Equipment that utilizes hydraulic transmission technology for pressure processing can be employed for various forging and pressing operations.

Precautions for Hydraulic Punch Press Debugging:

  1. Wipe off rust preventive oil and clean the entire machine.

  2. Connect the cooling water.

  3. Inject an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil into the oil tank.

  4. Connect the power supply, check if the machine body is well-grounded, close the main switch, start the motor (strictly prohibited to start without oil), and pay attention to the motor's rotation direction (as indicated by the arrow on the label).

Manual Test and Debugging:

  1. Move the automatic air switch to the ON position, and the power indicator lights up.

  2. Set the selector switch to the manual position, press the power switch, start the motor, and wait for the motor and oil pump to idle for a few minutes. Observe if the oil pump motor group operates normally. Only proceed with the test after confirming no abnormalities.

  3. Press the upward button to move the crossbeam up to the dead center position. Then place the test pressure pad in the center of the worktable.

  4. Press the downward button to move the crossbeam down and switch to slow descent. Press against the test pad and adjust the pressure until the appropriate pressure is achieved.
