What are the inspection and replacement techniques for the hydraulic oil of a cattle and sheep lick brick hydraulic press?
1. If the oil temperature of the cattle and sheep lick brick hydraulic press is too high, check whether the set value of the pressure control valve is too high. If it is too high, reduce the working pressure of the machine.
2. After the cattle and sheep lick brick hydraulic press equipment naturally cools down, open the oil drain plug and take an oil sample.
3. Check the viscosity index of the oil. If the viscosity is too low, it will affect the pressure index of the small hydraulic press.
4. If the oil is obviously turbid and there is water in the hydraulic oil, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible.
5. When replacing the hydraulic oil, be sure to drain all the oil in the hydraulic system of the entire small hydraulic press, including the hydraulic tank, replace all with new oil, and ensure that each replacement of hydraulic oil must not be less than 100kg.
6. Due to the leakage and heating of the cattle and sheep lick brick hydraulic press pump and its connection, tighten all connections and strengthen the seal;
7. When the oil tank capacity of the hydraulic press is too small and the heat dissipation conditions are poor, the oil tank capacity should be increased and cooling equipment should be installed.
