Preparations Before Commissioning the Powder Forming Hydraulic Press:
1. Before commissioning, clean the exposed hydraulic components and pipelines on the surface once again. Use a sponge and avoid using cotton yarn during cleaning.
2. Lubricate the guide rails, various oil inlets, and other sliding components as required.
3. Check the rotation direction of the oil pump, the inlet and outlet pipes of the oil cylinder, oil motor, and oil pump to ensure they are connected correctly.
4. Inspect the connection of various hydraulic components and pipelines to ensure correctness and reliability. Correct any misinstallations.
5. Check the positions of various handles, confirm positions such as "stop," "forward," "backward," and "unload." Ensure that the travel stops are securely fastened in the appropriate positions.
6. Loosen the handle of the relief valve, tighten the handle of the safety valve appropriately, and set the relief valve to low working pressure. Adjust the flow valve to a minimum.
7. Power on the equipment.
