Maintenance Requirements and Precautions for Tensile Hydraulic Press
Maintenance Requirements:
- 1.During maintenance, adjustments, debugging, setting, and inspections of the operable parts of the tensile hydraulic press should be carried out. Qualified technicians in the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fields need to collaborate to complete the tasks.
- 2.Maintenance of the electrical system of the tensile hydraulic press must be conducted by qualified electrical technicians, and non-professionals should not attempt repairs.
- 3.Without the consent of professional technicians from the hydraulic press manufacturer, internal electrical system wiring and hydraulic system pipelines of the tensile hydraulic press must not be replaced without authorization. Hydraulic components must not be replaced, and components that do not meet specifications must not be replaced, and alterations to the structure of the hydraulic press are not allowed.
Precautions:
- 1.When repairing the tensile hydraulic press, work in a clean and purified workshop, release the hydraulic oil when there are no abnormalities, and, when disassembling hydraulic oil pipes, place them near the cleaning area. During cleaning, use clean plastic products or paraffin paper to wrap the openings of the oil pipes on the four-column hydraulic press. Never use cotton yarn or torn cloth to block the oil pipe columns. Be careful to prevent impurities from entering. When repairing more complex pipelines, attach numbered iron or plastic plates at each connection of the pipelines to facilitate installation and prevent errors. Hydraulic press components and their parts should be stored and placed properly to avoid malfunctions.
- 2.Do not overtighten the hydraulic components and pipes of the tensile hydraulic press to prevent oil leakage due to deformation of the casing or valve core. When replacing rubber seals of the hydraulic press, avoid using sharp tools, but also be careful not to touch the working surface. Before the conveying device, O-rings or other seals should be immersed in oil. After installing the four-column hydraulic press, the seals should not be deformed to ensure smooth sliding during operation. When repairing the hydraulic press, blunt the sharp corners of the parts that come into contact with O-rings or other seals to prevent the seals from being scratched by sharp corners or burrs.
- 3.The tensile hydraulic press has a complex external appearance. Do not touch the external appearance during processing. Use appropriate tools to prevent damage to the hexagonal parts of the bolts. After installation, all parts must be thoroughly cleaned.
