**Maintenance Requirements:**

1. During the maintenance process, it is necessary to adjust, debug, calibrate, and inspect the controllable parts of the stretch hydraulic press. Qualified technicians in the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fields need to collaborate to complete the tasks.

2. Maintenance of the electrical system of the stretch hydraulic press must be carried out by qualified electrical technicians, and non-professionals are not allowed to repair it without authorization.

3. Without the consent of the professional technicians from the hydraulic press manufacturer, internal wiring of the electrical system and hydraulic system pipelines of the stretch hydraulic press must not be replaced without authorization. Hydraulic components must not be replaced, and the structure of the hydraulic press must not be altered.

**Precautions:**

1. When repairing the stretch hydraulic press, it should be done in a clean and tidy purification workshop. Remove the liquid pressure from the hydraulic press, and discharge hydraulic oil if there are no abnormalities. When disassembling hydraulic oil pipes, place them near the cleaning area. Use clean plastic products or paraffin paper to wrap the oil pipes at the opening of the four-column hydraulic press. Never block the oil pipe column with cotton yarn or torn cloth. Be cautious to prevent impurities from mixing in. When repairing complex pipelines, white iron or plastic plates with numbers should be tied at the connection of each pipeline for easy installation, avoiding errors in pipeline connection. Ensure proper storage and placement of various hydraulic press components and their parts to prevent malfunctions.

2. Do not overtighten the hydraulic components and pipes of the stretch hydraulic press to avoid oil leakage due to shell or valve core deformation. When replacing the rubber sealing ring of the hydraulic press, do not use sharp tools, but also be careful not to touch the working surface. Before the conveying device, O-rings or other sealing elements should be immersed in oil. After installing the four-column hydraulic press, the sealing ring must not deform to ensure smooth sliding during the operation. When repairing the hydraulic press, blunt the corners of parts in contact with O-rings or other sealing elements to prevent the sealing ring from being scratched by sharp corners or burrs.

3. The hydraulic press has various external appearances, and there is no need to touch the processing appearance during installation. Use appropriate tools to prevent damage to the hexagonal parts of bolts. After installation, all parts must be cleaned thoroughly.
