Causes and Solutions for Pressurized Descent in a 1500-Ton Four-Column Hydraulic Press
Causes of Pressurized Descent in a 1500-Ton Four-Column Hydraulic Press:
- Excessive support pressure
- Leakage of cylinder mouth sealing ring
- Pre-adjustment pressure of the pilot valve is too low
- Poor sealing of the cartridge valve valve port
- Air in the pressure gauge oil circuit
- Mechanical vibration in the pipeline
- Damage to the pressure gauge
- Insufficient flow from the pressure compensation variable pump
- Pump wear or burn
- Internal oil leakage in the four-column hydraulic press system
Solutions for Pressurized Descent in a 1500-Ton Four-Column Hydraulic Press:
- Adjust the pilot valve, use it with a pressure not exceeding 1 MPa
- Check the sealing ring and replace it if damaged
- Adjust the pressure value of the four-column hydraulic press
- Check and re-match the valve port
- Loosen the joint and release air when pressurizing
- Check if the pipeline is loose; if loose, secure it firmly
- Replace the pressure gauge of the four-column hydraulic press
- Adjust according to the requirements of the oil pump
- If the oil flow from the oil drain port of the pump is greater than 4 L/min, disassemble and inspect
