When the hydraulic cylinder of a 200-ton hydraulic press operates at a continuous high speed, the inertia of the piston rod is relatively large, and the momentum is also significant. When the piston and piston rod move to the end of the hydraulic cylinder, the end cap experiences mechanical impact, resulting in a large amount of shock and noise. This adversely affects the forming precision of the equipment and may even lead to destructive accidents. To address this issue, we have installed a buffer device at the end of the hydraulic cylinder.

Functions of the buffer device:

This gradually reduces the movement of the components, providing braking to prevent collision and impact between the piston and the cylinder head.

If noise occurs during material pressing, fabric placement, or demolding, it suggests that the equipment lacks a buffer device.
