Product Overview

200-ton single-column hydraulic press with four-column guidance

Overview of C-type Hydraulic Press:

Characterized by good structural rigidity, excellent guidance performance, and high speed.

Convenient manual adjustment mechanism allows for adjusting the pressing head or upper worktable to any position during the stroke, and also allows for adjusting the length of the fast forward and work strokes arbitrarily within the designed stroke.

The overall welded sturdy open structure enables the machine body to maintain sufficient rigidity while providing the most convenient operating space.

Performance Features:

Utilizes computer-optimized structural design, single-arm machine body structure, with good rigidity and simple structure, facilitating operation.

The entire machine adopts steel plate welding and undergoes furnace tempering treatment.

Hydraulic control adopts a two-way cartridge valve integrated system, ensuring reliable operation, intuitive actions, and easy maintenance. Button centralized control is employed, featuring three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic (semi-automatic can be divided into fixed-stroke single cycle and fixed-pressure single cycle).

The working pressure of the slider, the stroke range of the empty load rapid descent, and the slow-speed work advance can all be adjusted according to process requirements.
