1. The filter drops

The reason is that the quality of the sintered powder filter core is not good, therefore, it is necessary to select the sintered oil filter that has passed the inspection.

2. Destruction and deformation of filter element

The reasons for the damage and deformation of the filter element include: the filter element is blocked and the selection is wrong. Check and clean the oil filter regularly; Select a filter with good pressure resistance, strength and flow capacity for the four-column hydraulic press.

3. Filter desoldering

For the metal mesh filter, when the ambient temperature is high, the local oil temperature at the filter of the molding hydraulic press is high, which exceeds or approaches the melting point of the welding point, and the original welding is not firm, the impact of oil will cause desoldering.

4. The filter is blocked

Generally, during the working process of the filter element, dirt will gradually accumulate on the surface of the filter element, causing blockage is a normal phenomenon. After the filter is blocked, it will at least cause impure pump oil, noise generated by the pump, and the pressure of the oil that the system cannot absorb will not rise, A large number of bubbles appear in the oil and the filter element is blocked, which may cause the damage of the four-column hydraulic press due to the increase of pressure.
