1. Filter Grain Dropping

The Reason Is That the Quality of Sintered Powder Filter Element Is Poor, therefore, It Is Necessary to Select a Sintered Oil Filter with Qualified Inspection.

2. Damage and Deformation of Filter Element

The Reasons for the Damage and Deformation of the Filter Element Are: the Filter Element Is Blocked and the Selection Is Wrong. The Cleaning Oil Filter Should Be Checked Regularly; Filters with Good Pressure Resistance, Strength and Flow Capacity Should Be Selected for Four-Column Hydraulic Press.

3. Filter Desoldering

For the Metal Mesh Filter, When the Ambient Temperature Is High, the Local Oil Temperature at the Formed Hydraulic Press Filter Is High, Exceeding Or Approaching the Melting Point of the Welding Point, and the Original Welding Is Not Firm, the Impact of Oil Will Cause Desoldering.

4. Filter Blockage

Generally, during the Working Process of the Filter, the Surface of the Filter Element Will Gradually Accumulate Dirt, Causing Blockage Is a Normal Phenomenon. After the Filter Is Blocked, at Least the Pump Oil Will Be Impure, the Pump Will Generate Noise, and the System Will Not Absorb the Oil but the Pressure Will Not Rise, A Large Number of Bubbles Appear in the Oil and the Filter Element May Be Damaged by the Increase of Pressure Due to the Blockage of the Four Columns Hydraulic Press.
