Keep the hydraulic oil clean before use. Hydraulic oil will be polluted by the outside world during transportation and storage. The newly bought hydraulic oil looks very clean, but it is actually very dirty. It must be kept clean for a few days and then filtered into the hydraulic system for use.

The hydraulic system should be kept clean after assembly and before operation. Hydraulic components must be cleaned during processing and assembly. It can be cleaned with the oil used in the work of the system. When cleaning, the oil tank must be sealed except for the vent hole, and the sealing parts must not have flying edges or burrs.

The hydraulic oil should be kept clean during work, and the hydraulic oil will be polluted by the environment during the working process. Therefore, try to prevent air and water from being immersed, so as not to seal the oil tank because of the immersion of water, air and pollutants, air filter is added to the vent hole.

Take appropriate oil filters. According to the requirements of the 630-ton hydraulic press, oil filters with different filtering methods, different precision and different structures should be selected in the hydraulic system, and the oil filters and oil tanks should be checked and cleaned regularly.

Replace hydraulic oil regularly. Before replacing the new oil, the oil tank of the four-column hydraulic press needs to be cleaned. When the system is dirty, kerosene can be used for cleaning, and new oil can be added after it is discharged.
