1. Mold Cleaning: Clean the mold thoroughly to avoid the residue of dust and debris.


2. Application of Mold Release Agent: After ensuring the mold is clean and smooth, apply a mold release agent to prevent the product from sticking to the mold after forming.


3. Material Preparation: Prepare the required carbon fiber prepreg material according to the shape and size of the product.


4. Material Stacking: Layer the carbon fiber prepreg material and perform pre-pressing to create a compact and well-shaped dense body.
