Phenomenon of Excessive Oil Temperature and Motor Burning in Small Hydraulic Press:

1. Check whether there is increased internal leakage between the pump piston and cylinder hole, and the distributor plate and the cylinder body joint surface due to wear and tear, causing elevated temperatures due to energy loss from leakage. Repair the gap between the piston and cylinder body to ensure a proper fit, and ensure a tight fit between the small hydraulic press cylinder body and the distributor plate end face.

2. Check if the small hydraulic press pump frequently operates near zero eccentricity or when the system pressure is below 8MPa, causing minimal pump leakage and insufficient heat dissipation carried away by the leaked oil, resulting in pump heating. Using a high-pressure, high-flow pump as a low-flow pump can cause overheating. Introduce a branch pipe at the return oil pipe of the small hydraulic press valve, leading to the lower oil discharge port of the pump for circulation cooling.

3. Check if other moving parts inside the small hydraulic press pump are worn or have burrs that are not removed, causing increased mechanical friction and heating due to loosening. Repair or replace worn parts.

4. Check the oil viscosity of the small hydraulic press. Excessive oil viscosity results in high internal friction, while low oil viscosity leads to increased internal leakage. Both scenarios can cause temperature rise. Select the oil viscosity according to specifications.

5. Inspect the pump bearings. Worn pump bearings increase transmission torque and generate heat. Replace qualified bearings and ensure concentricity between the small hydraulic press motor and pump shaft.
