Considerations When Using Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil in Four-Column Hydraulic Press
Considerations When Using Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil in Four-Column Hydraulic Press:
1. The working medium hydraulic oil of the hydraulic press must be selected and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. To maintain cleanliness in the hydraulic system, remove sludge and metal debris from the oil tank promptly when adding hydraulic oil.
3. Replace the anti-wear hydraulic oil based on the oil change benchmark index. During oil changes, clean all parts of the equipment to prevent impurities from mixing into the oil, affecting oil quality and performance.
4. Keep containers and refueling tools clean during storage and use to prevent oil contamination.
5. Anti-wear hydraulic oil is mainly suitable for the hydraulic pump with friction pairs. When used for other hydraulic pumps with friction pairs, the pump manufacturer or supplying unit must recommend the applicable pump load limit for this product.
6. When the working pressure of the hydraulic system is high, choose hydraulic oil with high viscosity; when the working pressure is low, choose hydraulic oil with low viscosity.
7. When selecting the viscosity of hydraulic oil, pay attention to the oil's grade. Lower-grade hydraulic oil has lower viscosity, and higher-grade hydraulic oil has higher viscosity.
8. Hydraulic systems with fast-moving actuators should use hydraulic oil with low viscosity. For systems with slower-moving actuators, choose hydraulic oil with higher viscosity.
9. To ensure the proper viscosity of hydraulic oil at working temperatures, select hydraulic oil with high viscosity when the ambient temperature rises. When the ambient temperature is low, choose hydraulic oil with low viscosity.
10. For precision hydraulic press equipment, emphasize the quality of hydraulic oil and choose wear-resistant types.
