Pre and Post-operation Inspection Checklist for 1000 Ton Hydraulic Press:
Before Operating the 1000 Ton Hydraulic Press:
Restrictions on Equipment Adjustment:
- Strictly prohibit individuals unfamiliar with the equipment from making unauthorized adjustments near the hydraulic press.
Avoid Simultaneous Die-Cutting:
- Prohibit the simultaneous die-cutting of two layers of sheet metal.
Regular Manual Lubrication:
- Perform scheduled manual lubrication by using a hand-operated lubrication pump to deliver lubricating oil to lubrication points.
Promptly Address Equipment Abnormalities:
- In the event of detecting any abnormalities in the equipment, immediately shut down for inspection. Resume operation only when the equipment is confirmed to be free of issues.
After Completing the Operation of the 1000 Ton Hydraulic Press:
Power Off and Cleanup:
- Disconnect the power supply, thoroughly clean the equipment, ensure tools are neatly arranged, and apply rust preventive oil to the worktable surface.
