Safety Operating Guidelines for Cattle and Sheep Licking Brick Hydraulic Press - Compiled by Hydraulic Press Manufacturer
Prohibition for Inexperienced Operators:
- Inexperienced personnel are prohibited from operating the cattle and sheep licking brick hydraulic press. New employees must undergo training before assuming duties.
Prompt Reporting of Abnormalities:
- Any anomalies in the machinery or molds should be reported promptly. Production is allowed only after qualified repairs.
Avoiding Carelessness and Violations:
- Overcome complacency and avoid unauthorized operation. Prohibit simultaneous operation by more than two individuals. (Before starting, check the tightness of fasteners, ensure smooth operation of moving parts and sliding surfaces, and verify the completeness of limit devices and safety guards.)
Safety Measures for Mechanical Maintenance:
- Mechanical maintenance and upkeep must be carried out with the power supply disconnected and using safety supports.
Safety During Hydraulic Press Operation:
- It is strictly prohibited to enter the mold cavity for repairs while the hydraulic press is in operation. Exercise caution during product entry and exit, ensuring safety using safety devices before manual handling.
Standardized Mold Installation:
- Mold installation must adhere to standards. After clamping the plate, perform a final inspection. Control the closing height of the press within adjustable limits. Gradually adjust the press pressure from low to high, with the first piece requiring careful manual operation.
Gentle Handling of Tools and Components:
- Tools, plates, screws, nuts, and blocks should be handled with care. After use, place them neatly on shelves.
Lubrication and Inspection:
- Follow the lubrication chart to add lubricating oil. Check oil levels, ensure clear oil passages, and verify oil quality. Strictly avoid adjusting control valves and pressure gauges arbitrarily. Regularly calibrate pressure gauges. Maintain hydraulic oil quality, and stop the machine immediately if abnormalities occur.
Check for Reliability:
- Inspect all fasteners for tightness and ensure the integrity and reliability of limit devices and safety guards.
Trial Run Before Operation:
- Perform a trial run without a load for the cattle and sheep licking brick hydraulic press. Check the flexibility and reliability of buttons, switches, valves, limit devices, etc. Only commence work after confirming normal hydraulic system pressure and flexible motion of the working crossbeam.
