Causes of Crawling in the Actuator of a 200-ton Hydraulic Press:

1. 1.It may be due to the presence of air in the hydraulic system of the 200-ton hydraulic press.

2. 2.Poor lubrication, non-parallel alignment of the guide rail with the hydraulic cylinder axis, excessive sealing pressure on the piston rod, piston rod bending, and deformation can cause significant frictional force changes during the working stroke of the hydraulic cylinder, leading to crawling.

3. 3.In the flow control system, insufficient or no back pressure in the hydraulic cylinder, coupled with load changes, can cause variations in cylinder speed, resulting in crawling.

4. 4.Large flow pulsations in the hydraulic pump and vibration in the relief valve can lead to significant pressure fluctuations in the system, causing crawling due to fluctuations in hydraulic cylinder input pressure.

5. 5.Blockage in the throttle valve, unstable system leakage, and inflexible pressure reduction valve in the speed control valve can cause unstable flow and result in crawling.
