Causes:

1. 1.Insufficient depth of oil suction pipe immersion.
2. 2.Presence of air in the pipeline or pump casing.
3. 3.Foaming generated by strong return oil vortex flow.
4. 4.Bubbles generated by dissolved air in the oil, which re-form during the working process.

Solutions:

1. 1.Lengthen the suction pipe and add oil to the tank to raise the fluid level.
2. 2.Perform idle operation.
3. 3.Maintain a separation distance between the suction pipe and the return pipe.
4. 4.Install baffles in the tank to allow the return oil to pass through the baffles for degassing before suction. Add antifoaming agent to the oil.
