Maintenance Requirements and Precautions for Hydraulic Press
Maintenance Requirements:
In the maintenance process, adjustments, debugging, setting, and inspection of the operable parts of the hydraulic press need to be carried out. Qualified technicians in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fields must collaborate to complete the operation.
Electrical system maintenance of the four-column hydraulic press must be conducted by qualified electrical technicians, and unauthorized repairs by non-professionals are prohibited.
Without the consent of professional technicians from the hydraulic press manufacturer, internal circuits of the electrical system and hydraulic system pipelines of the forming hydraulic press should not be replaced without authorization. Hydraulic components should not be replaced, and components that do not meet specifications or the structure of the hydraulic press should not be altered.
Precautions:
When repairing the forming hydraulic press, it should be done in a clean and purified workshop. Remove the liquid pressure from the hydraulic press, and discharge hydraulic oil when there are no abnormal conditions. When removing hydraulic oil pipes, place them near the cleaning area. During cleaning, use clean plastic products or wax paper to wrap the oil pipes at the opening of the four-column hydraulic press. Do not use cotton or rags to block the oil pipe to prevent impurities from entering. Be cautious to prevent contamination.
When repairing complex pipelines, number the white iron or plastic pieces at each pipe connection for easy installation, preventing errors. Hydraulic press components and parts should be stored properly to avoid malfunctions.
Do not overtighten hydraulic components and fittings of the four-column hydraulic press to prevent oil leakage due to deformation of the housing or valve core. When replacing rubber seals of the hydraulic press, avoid using sharp tools and prevent contact with the working surface. O-rings or other seals should be immersed in oil before installation to prevent deformation.
For the four-column hydraulic press with a more intricate appearance, avoid contact during machining. Use appropriate tools to prevent damage to the hexagonal part of the bolt. After installation, clean all parts thoroughly.
