How to prevent the pollution of hydraulic oil in a 630-ton hydraulic press?
Keep the hydraulic oil clean before use. Hydraulic oil will be contaminated by the external environment during transportation and storage. The newly purchased hydraulic oil looks very clean, but it is actually dirty. It needs to be left clean for a few days, then filtered and added to the hydraulic system for use.
Keep the hydraulic system clean after assembly and before operation. Hydraulic components must be cleaned during the machining and assembly process. The oil used in the system can be used for cleaning. When cleaning, the oil tank must be sealed except for the vent hole, and the seals must not have burrs or flashes.
Keep the hydraulic oil clean during work, hydraulic oil will be contaminated by the environment during the working process, so try to prevent air and moisture from infiltrating, to avoid the infiltration of water, gas, and pollutants, adopt a sealed oil tank, and add an air filter on the vent hole.
Adopt a suitable oil filter. According to the requirements of the 630-ton hydraulic press, different filtering methods, different precision, and different structure oil filters should be selected in the hydraulic system, and the oil filter and oil tank should be checked and cleaned regularly.
Regularly replace the hydraulic oil. Before replacing the new oil, the oil tank of the four-column hydraulic press needs to be cleaned. When the system is dirty, it can be cleaned with kerosene, and after it is drained, new oil is added.
