What are the reasons for the stretching hydraulic press cylinder to be pulled?

Short-term causes of pulling injury in the cylinder of the stretch hydraulic press:

1. Severe off-load;
2. The slider hole and surface are seriously not vertical;
3. There are particles larger than 2mm and with hardness corners inside the cylinder.

Long-term causes of pulling injury in the cylinder of the stretch hydraulic press:

1. Column guide sleeve wear causes the cylinder to have no slider protection,
2. The slider hole surface is slightly not vertical;
3. Accumulation of tiny particles on the upper part of the piston.

Several major factors causing the hydraulic press cylinder to be pulled:

1. Slider hole surface is not vertical;
2. There are rust and slag in the pipeline;
3. Cylinder deformation;
4. Off-load (the slider hole surface is not vertical equivalent to the off-load state);
5. Cylinder cleaning is not clean;
6. The filter filtering accuracy is not enough.
