Precautions when Using a 315 Ton Hydraulic Press:
1.Unauthorized Operation: Individuals unfamiliar with the structural performance or operating procedures of the four-column hydraulic press should not start the machine.
2.Adjustments during Operation: Checking and adjusting the machine should not be done during the operation of the four-column hydraulic press.
3.Handling Abnormalities: If severe oil leakage or other anomalies (such as unreliable operation, noise, vibration, etc.) are detected during the operation of the 315-ton hydraulic press, the machine should be stopped for analysis. Efforts should be made to identify and eliminate the causes, and the machine should not be put into production with existing issues.
4.Avoid Overloading: The 315-ton hydraulic press should not be overloaded or exceed the eccentric distance.
5.Slider Stroke Limit: Do not exceed the stroke of the slider. The closing height of small molds should not be less than 600mm.
6.Electrical Equipment Grounding: The grounding of the electrical equipment of the four-column hydraulic press must be firm and reliable.
7.Shutdown Procedure: At the end of work, position the slider of the four-column hydraulic press at a low position.
