Precautions Before Adding Oil to the 1000-Ton Hydraulic Press
Precautions Before Adding Oil to the 1000-Ton Hydraulic Press
- 1. Before adding oil to the 1000-ton hydraulic press, carefully inspect and clean the hydraulic oil tank. Filter the oil through a 100-mesh or larger filter before filling it into the tank. Hydraulic oil should be changed every 8-12 months, with regular monthly inspections. When replacing, the effective volume of the hydraulic press hydraulic oil tank is approximately 520 liters. Note: Clean the oil tank before adding oil to the hydraulic press. Avoid using cotton cloth; silk cloth or edible flour is recommended.
- 2. It is recommended to use 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil for the hydraulic working fluid of the 1000-ton hydraulic press, with an environmental temperature range of 0-45°C.
- 3. When adding oil to the hydraulic press, pay attention to the oil level height at the middle position of the level gauge, ensuring it does not fall below or exceed the range of the level gauge. During the debugging process, observe changes in the hydraulic oil level of the hydraulic press. Replenish the oil to the low position indicated by the oil level marker after stopping the machine.
