Properly select filter plates for the 200-ton hydraulic press, considering their compressive strength, load-carrying capacity, and flow-carrying capacity to meet requirements, and take appropriate measures for various special reasons.
For metal mesh structure filter plates, when the working temperature is high, the local oil temperature at the filter plate of the 200-ton four-column hydraulic press may exceed or reach the melting point of the welding point. In addition to the inherent poor welding, the impact of the hydraulic oil can lead to poor contact. After the filter plate is blocked, abnormal pump oil, pump noise, inability of the system to draw in sufficient oil, resulting in insufficient working pressure, a large number of bubbles in the oil, and an increase in working pressure due to filter core blockage can lead to damage to the four-column hydraulic press.
