How to Determine if the Hydraulic System of the 315-ton Hydraulic Press is Malfunctioning?
Firstly, we can assess the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic system for excessive noise. Check whether pressure control elements like relief valves and sequence valves produce any squealing sounds. Also, listen for impact noises, especially during the reversal of the working table hydraulic cylinder, to ensure there is no excessive impact during the piston's movement and that there are no sounds of the piston hitting the cylinder bottom or the valve hitting the end cover during the valve reversal.
Secondly, tactile assessment involves touching the moving parts of the permissible die to understand its operational state.
1.Vibration Assessment:
- Feel the vibration of the moving parts and pipelines. If there is high-frequency vibration, investigate the root cause.
2.Creep Assessment:
- When the working table is moving at a low speed under a light load, check for any creeping phenomenon.
3.Tightness Assessment:
- Use your hand to assess the tightness of components such as stoppers, microswitches, and fastening screws.
