Precautions for Starting the Hydraulic Pump Motor of the 200-Ton Four-Column Hydraulic Press:
1.Before starting, it is essential to fill the hydraulic pump with clean hydraulic oil through the return oil port on the pump casing. Failure to do so prohibits starting.
2.Rotate the coupling by hand to inspect whether the pump shaft rotates evenly (to identify any assembly issues with the pump). Check if the two couplings are concentric and if there is necessary axial clearance between them.
3.Verify that the rotation direction of the electric motor aligns with the specified direction and ensure the correct installation of the inlet and outlet ports.
4.The hydraulic system should have an empty load circulation circuit to prevent starting and stopping the pump under full load (which can reduce the pump's lifespan and cause overload of the prime mover). The pressure set on the safety valve in the hydraulic system should not exceed 35 MPa.
5.When starting the pump, engage it gradually.
