Precautions for Startup and Operation of the 630-Ton Hydraulic Press:
1.Check whether the oil pump, control valve, and pressure gauge of the 630-ton hydraulic press are in normal condition and if the oil temperature is within the allowed range.
2.Inspect the molds for cracks and check if the fastening screws are tightened.
3.Turn on the power switch of the four-column hydraulic press, and start the cooling circulation motor.
4.Start the main oil pump motor of the 630-ton hydraulic press.
5.Check the oil level in each oil tank, observe any oil leakage in the oil circuits and hydraulic fittings, and ensure that all connections are secure.
6.Examine the pressure gauge pointer for any oscillation or immobility. If such issues are detected, stop the machine, inspect the equipment's rated pressure, and avoid exceeding the limits during operation.
7.Inspect and clean any debris on the working table or molds of the four-column hydraulic press.
8.Adjust the working mode switch to the 0 position for manual operation. Check the safety and reliability of the upper and lower limit switches on the moving crossbeam. Verify if the hydraulic system of the four-column hydraulic press produces any abnormal sounds. Ensure that photoelectric sensors, operation buttons, emergency stop switches, and safety protection devices are flexible and reliable.
9.Once everything is in order, select the desired working mode using the working mode switch.
