4x2500 Hydraulic swing beam Shear Machine with E21s

This machine is used to cut steel plates with a thickness of 0.5-4mm and a width of 2500/3200/4000mm. The strength of the sheet to be sheared is based on 450N/mm². If sheets of other strengths need to be sheared, the thickness of the sheet to be sheared should be reduced accordingly. This machine adopts steel plate welded structure, hydraulic transmission, and return cylinder return stroke. It works stably and reliably. The machine is small in size, light in weight, and has good rigidity. Adjusting the cutting edge gap is quick and convenient. The machine is equipped with front and rear stoppers, and the front stopper is positioned using a ruler and counting stop. This machine can infinitely adjust the stroke of the upper tool holder to improve the efficiency of shearing sheet materials. The backgauge adopts mechanical transmission, the numerical controller displays the value, and can be manually fine-tuned. The machine is also equipped with a protective fence to ensure safe operation.
